Born from a 16 years old mother, Debbi grew up listening to Otis Redding and Bob Dylan, Sam Cooke,Jimmy Reed, Ray Charles and Leonard Cohen. Today her voice is at the same time powerful and sweet and can be compared to Etta James and Bonnie Raitt. In Austin she received several awards for her live performance, for her records and for her continued effort in help of children in difficulties.
