‘ NON VOLO ‘ The studio project “NON VOLO (CANZONI)” was born in 2011 as an idea by Lello Petrarca. The musical experience gained over the years, through countless collaboration, with artist coming from different musical stylstic areas, brought Lello Petarca to the achievement of a new record where the passage between different musical genres (pop, rock and jazz) was yet instinctive since compositional phase and at the same time due to curiosity and wish for experimentation: the different sounds given by electric and acoustic instruments, used in arrangements. All songs , as first step written for an instrumental execution, has been more and more characterized by masterly Salvatore Viggiano’s songwriting,lyrics writer, and by very personal interpretation by Linda Coppola andi Asa (Agnese Vetrella). Stylistic versatility and jazzy improvisation used in pop songs constitute basic elements of this album which, thanks to its easy-listening approach, attempts to spread a sort of small musical encyclopaedism.
