‘ Arte povera o povera arte? ‘ it’s the title of Tabaccobruciato’s last release. Tabaccobruciato is the musical brand created by Giorgio Cazzola, songwriter from Pò Valley, in Pavia (It) area. In the past he was an entertainer, cabaret author and actually he works as a Chief Communications Officer in public administration. In Tabaccobruciato’s new work (the name is a tribute to historical electric blues guitars, Tobacco Sunburst) you can listen at excelent musicians. Artistis from Pavia area, from Lomellina, Po valley, from Alessandria, Italian cities and towns  with very fertile musical scenes. People with a strong charisma, who has been giving the best colours to ten songs included in “Arte povera o Povera arte?”, as Giorgio Cazzola himself laid down. Stefano Bertolotti on drums (he has been playing with so many artists from texas). There are three guitar player:the all-present and versatile Alessandro Balladore, slide-man Gianfranco Scala, Chemako’s band leader and Paolino Canevari, soloistof of Mandolin Brothers. At the keyboards, Lorenzo Bovo, hammond organ player with a great experience and sensitiveness. At the bass the thorough Francesco Murelli. At back vocals an female vocals the soul singer Maribel Fracchia. Giorgio Cazzola, author of the lyrics and the tunes, sings and play rhythm guitar. “Arte povera o Povera Arte?”, produced by Stefano Bertolotti and Giorgio Cazzola, it work number two by Tabaccobruciato. It follows the debut album “Punto e Basta” released in 2010.Songs style space out within a wide range, starting from rock with”Lasciamo fare ai Cantanti”, to final blues with “Vorrei Un’Ottobrata”. Passing through country (“Ragazzi per mano”), rockabilly ( “Sexy phone”) and ballads (“Lui e Lei”). Lyrics in some case are very ironic (“Twist dell’Informazione”, “Coltivatori”), in some other cases generational (“E Lui Cammina”) or the take pictures of characters and situations (“Vai Su in Pedana”, “Happy Ho”).
