Right of withdrawal

How long you have to exercise the right of withdrawal?
The consumer shall have a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises without giving any reasons. The consumer must return the goods purchased before the expiry of the 14 day period. The seller will refund the purchased goods including standard shipping costs within14 days starting from the moment when the seller was informed by the consumer of intention to withdraw. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.Are not charged to the seller the direct costs of returning the goods (delivery costs).

When does the withdrawal period?
The right to withdraw expires 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.

Exercise the right of withdrawal
Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer shall inform the seller of his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the purchased goods. To this end, the consumer will simply communicate by fax, certified mail (PEC) or registered mail with return receipt requested, to the seller’s decision to exercise that right.
